Confirmation Preparation begins 27 February

Our next Confirmation will happen, God willing,
in Holy Trinity Chaplaincy
on Sunday 19 May AD 2019 with the visit of
Rt Rev Robert Innes, Bishop of Gibraltar in Europe.

Please contact the Chaplain if you or your son or daughter
are interested in being prepared for Confirmation.

In Confirmation Preparation we look through the Catechism in the Book of Common Prayer.
Preparation for 2019 will happen on the following topics on the following days
(normally on Wednesdays but sometimes on Thursday):

1  7:30pm Thursday  28 February:     What is Confirmation?
2  7:30pm Thursday       14 March:     Renouncing Evil (the world, the flesh and the devil?)
3  8:00pm Wednesday   20 March:     Who is God? (The Apostles’ Creed)
4  8:00pm Wednesday   27 March:     Following God (The Ten & Great Commandments)
5  8:00pm Wednesday        3 April:     Praying Always (The Lord’s Prayer)
6  8:00pm Wednesday      10 April:     The Sacramental Life
7  8:00pm Wednesday         1 May:     The Church and a Rule of Life

All are welcome to attend to learn about the faith without necessarily committing to confirmation.  All questions are most welcome!

There is an expectation that candidates will attend church on Sundays as part of their preparation.
