We’re starting up again! The kids’ choir has been running for several months now and the children have already sung for us on a few occasions. This season we think it would be great if we could start contributing more regularly to church services, by hopefully singing every first Sunday in the month (during the all-age worship services). To reach this goal we could use some help, and that is where you come in!
We are looking for more children who would like to join the choir – please feel free to pass on our contact details (below) to anyone who might be interested – thanks!
We are also (as previously mentioned in the Church bulletin) looking for musicians who would be willing to accompany the children every once in a while, for example during the Crib service on Christmas Eve. All instruments and abilities welcome.
Kids Choir rehearsal times:
1st Sunday in the month: 9.30-10.15am rehearsal in the parsonage.
Once the children have practised in the preceding weeks they can then sing during the All Age Worship service starting at 10.30am.
2nd Sunday in the month: no rehearsal.
3rd, 4th (and 5th) Sundays: 12.30-1.15pm rehearsal in church.
Children who attend the church service should bring a small packed lunch to eat (in the parsonage) before the rehearsal.
