Following interviews held on June 5th, we announced that a candidate has been nominated to the bishop for the post of Chaplain of the Anglican Church in Amersfoort, part of the Chaplaincy of Holy Trinity Utrecht. At the Wednesday January 21st meeting of the Holy Trinity Utrecht Chaplaincy Church Council members present (one absent) voted unanimously in favour of the proposal to establish a new church plant in the neighbouring city of Amersfoort. This week we have launched the new website for Holy Trinity Church in time for new visitors to our site during the Advent and Christmas season. The website has been created by Robbert de Kuiper with the direction of the Website Subcommittee formed by the Chaplaincy Church Council, and chaired by Peter Boswijk.
